I Bhavya, Head Mistress of Acharya Guruparampara Vidyalaya, Bangalore, seek pleasure in welcoming you all, to our school website and we thank you for taking the time to visit the same.

I have close to one decade of experience in teaching and dealing with children mind set. This ability has strengthened my philosophy in “knowledge and value based education”.

I have obtained Master’s Degree in, Inorganic Chemistry at Bangalore University and B.Ed at Bangalore University. I have received honour for being the “Best Science Teacher” in the year 2019 from Block Education Office, Bangalore North and also National Awardee of STEM SUMMIT at New Delhi in the year 2019 towards my contribution in “creative teaching methodology in Science”. I have specialized in strategic planning, instructional design, student development and community Involvement. I have also gained expertise in curriculum development, implementation and parental care. My vision is to impart holistic education to student by recognizing, each student as, being unique.

AGPV believes that the function of education is to teach one, to think intensively and think critically. The whole purpose of our esteemed institution is to turn mirrors into windows and replace empty minds with an “open one”. We believe that education is the path for moving from darkness to light, where parents, children, teachers and educational institutions should join hands in meeting this objective.

Intelligence plus character is the goal of true education, wherein the roots of education are bitter but the fruits are sweet. Our idea is to make an individual achieve a higher level of awareness, understanding and kinship with all living things.

Our approach to teaching, is to work with values, that creates strong learning environments which in turn enhances academic attainment and develop students social and relationship skills that last throughout their lives. Our expectation is to make our nation an esteemed, civilized, cultural, social-intellectual and true educated world.

Child development refers to the biological, physiological and emotional changes that occur in human beings between birth and the end of adolescence. Promoting child development through parental training and schooling should go hand in hand where every child is be treated as unique and groomed to become a responsible and successful individual.

Therefore, in our school’s teaching methodology, the learning process insists upon grooming our students to bloom where they are planted. We try our best to mould them into respectable and responsible citizen of our nation. We believe this process is a never ending process and extends till the rest of one’s life. We do not achieve this just on a fine morning. We lay solid foundation for this noble cause right from the childhood. We give our students the best possible opportunities in order to bestow them with holistic development.
