AGPV educational and service activities it has carved a name for itself. Students are drawn from all over the state and even outside. It is a shining example of the blending of modern education with ideals of Gurukula vedic training. The school evoked appreciation from hundreds of parents as also from the state government.

Apart from mere academics this organization seeks to impart discipline, Obedience and inculcate love for the country and devotion to God. A distinguishing feature which has significantly contributed to the concept of Gurukala is the presence of a number of qualified and energetic teachers who are perennially involved in the growth of the students. This apart they shoulder various responsibilities of the school, like agriculture, Horticulture, dairy etc in addition to teaching with exemplary missionary zeal

Curricular: We use the Karantaka State Government Syllabus model to deliver the curricular studies.

There are totally 4 languages taught from Grade I to Grade VII i.e English, Kannada, Hindi and Sanskrit.

Grade VIII, third language* is either Hindi/Sanskrit, based on child’s preference.

The scientific temperament is built using EVS and Maths from Grade I to Grade IV

while the core subjects for Grade V to Grade VIII is broadened into Science, Social Science and Maths.

Co-curricular: For overall growth of a child, co-curricular activities play a wonderful role. We empower kids in Dance (Bharathanatyam), Drama, Music(vocal and instrumental), Art & craft, Skating, Yoga, Library, Physical Education, Communicative English, Creative Writing and Aerobics.

Extracurricular (post 3:30pm): We conduct extra paid classes of Sports, Music (vocal and instrumental-violin, keyboard, tabla, guitar), Dance (Bharathanatyam), Abacus for students. Students requiring post – school assistance in Olympiads or curricular studies can opt for free SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) and INOI (In Need Of Improvement) classes. Students can choose free library access for additional reading. Students get connected spiritually through Bhagavadgeeta and Mahabharata classes. Every Wednesday, students watch theme based movies in the Surana Tent.
